Warranty Terms

Adanna Fire Pits Australia warrants all of our products to be free from any manufacturing fault or defect in materials and/or workmanship, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from date of invoice. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please contact us within 48 hours of order receipt with your order details, and we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied.

The 1-year warranty covers the structural integrity of our products and excludes any minor cosmetic scratches, fading, corrosion, or any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence or any use for which the product was not intended.

Product damages incurred during shipment must be reported to Adanna within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will work with our freight partner to ensure that the issue is resolved, and work with you to ensure satisfaction.

These terms are in addition to your rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
