Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

Tracking details are sent through customers via email and/or SMS. 

Adanna Fire Pits ships Australia-wide with Direct Freight Express, Northline, Startrack.

Commercial rate shipping is calculated at checkout. At Adanna, we have a Duty of Care to all our customers. When ordering our fire pits, we will always professionally pack and secure the items accordingly. You / a receiver must sign for the goods. 

 

Special Delivery Services

All wholesale orders are shipped on pallets, and any delivery addresses without a forklift on-site require tailgate lift services which must be added to orders. This can be done by adding an order of 1x Tailgate Lift Truck to cart or adding 1x in the Quick Order Form.

Furthermore, if your business falls within any of the below issues – your delivery will be void and sent back to the nearest servicing depot – extra fees will apply:

• -Main road for delivery is a clearway or is signed as a "no stopping" zone
• -Less than 8m clearance for tailgate trucks
• -Closed during business hours, or if there are no receivers to sign for the goods

In instances where the order has been set up as non-tailgate but actually requires tailgate services, or in instances where incorrectly supplied information results in re-delivery, Adanna reserves the right to bill the receiver after the shipment in order to pass on the additional charges made by the freight company.

 

If the shipment is damaged, you / the receiver and the driver must acknowledge this on the consignment note and contact us within 48 hours of order receipt. We will work with our freight partner to ensure that the issue is resolved, and work with you to ensure satisfaction.
